Once you select your tickets and enter your personal data, you have 15 minutes to make the payment. If for any reason you could not finish the transaction within these 15 minutes the payment attempt will expire, the order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. If you wish to place a new order, you will have to start the process again. If you are unsure of the status of your payment attempt, please contact our Customer Service team.
