Why does the amount on my tickets differ from the amount I paid?
We work every day to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable booking experience. As part of our intermediary service, a service fee is applied to ticket purchases, regardless of the type of ticket selected.
The applicable fee is displayed during the booking process before payment, and you can find further information about it on each of our product websites.
Are the fees refundable?
Please note that, once the tickets have been successfully issued and delivered, the service fee is non-refundable, as the service has already been provided.
